A student-athlete from Crandall High School was transported by helicopter to a hospital after suffering an injury during practice, as confirmed by Crandall Independent School District.

A medical helicopter was called to land near the baseball fields at the school to facilitate the transfer for further medical care. Crandall ISD expressed concern for the injured player and their family, requesting privacy for them during this difficult time.
