Florida State is turning to its next opponent after a 1-1 start and a loss to SMU. Coach Mike Norvell said the result was disappointing but did not reduce his confidence in the Seminoles. The program is continuing preparations with Bruce Warwick as interim athletic director after Michael Alford was fired.
