Two Kansas meetings highlight Baylor’s newly listed 2026-27 basketball slate

Baylor’s 2026-27 men’s basketball schedule lists 35 dates, including a February trip to Kansas and a March home game against the Jayhawks.

Baylor will play Kansas twice in Big 12 action during the 2026-27 men’s basketball season. The Bears are scheduled to visit Lawrence on Feb. 17 and host the Jayhawks in Waco on March 6. Most game times have not been released.

The schedule begins with exhibitions against Florida in Jacksonville on Oct. 18 and Illinois in Urbana-Champaign on Oct. 23. Baylor’s regular-season home opener is Nov. 2 against Northwestern State, followed by home games with Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Nov. 6 and Yale on Nov. 10. The Bears will meet Texas in San Antonio on Nov. 15, then host Jackson State on Nov. 18.

Baylor is also listed in the Players Era Sixteen tournament in Las Vegas from Nov. 24 through Nov. 28. The field includes Alabama, either Gonzaga or Kansas State, and two opponents still listed as to be determined. December home opponents are Memphis, Queens, College of Ozarks and Mississippi Valley State, with a Dec. 19 visit to Washington in Seattle.

The Big 12 schedule includes home games with Kansas State, Houston, Colorado, UCF, Oklahoma State, Cincinnati, West Virginia and Iowa State, plus road games at Texas Tech, TCU, Utah, BYU, Colorado, Arizona and Arizona State. A neutral-site game against Louisville is scheduled for Indianapolis, and the listed schedule ends with Kansas in Waco.
